work: Resume & Projects

My goal is to help create user experiences that make people feel heard, understood, and cared for. To accomplish this, UXers often use a method called journey mapping. At the core of any map is a timeline that represents a series of steps or actions. Next, you layer in user thoughts and emotions. While a resume has little room for the latter, it is a decent start to my story, which would make for a map filled a gratitude for the folks who helped me along the way.
